Hiring a wedding planner doesn’t have to be all or nothing. If you enjoy scrolling the internet for the perfect vendors but want some guidance on when to book things, reviewing contracts, and pulling together a designer, then you are in the right spot.

Our Partial Planning Package is perfect for couples who are organized and ready to put in the work, but recognize the importance of having a coach along the way. After you book all your main vendors, we will help you create a beautiful design, find the perfect florist, decor rental company, and any other vendors needed to realize this vision.

We know where to splurge and where to save. With our industry insight and 15+ years of experience, working with Sheeco often pays for itself by helping you avoid costly mistakes and get the best value for your budget.

Pricing begins at $6,500.

  • We will meet 1-2 times per month to review your progress and help you focus on what’s needed next. Decision fatigue is a common complaint among engaged couples, and we know the recipe for keeping this fun and engaging without you feeling bogged down by too many decisions at once!

    You also have access to your planner 24/7. You can always text or email us your questions, and expect a timely response. Our goal is to keep you from asking strangers on Reddit or chatbots for any wedding advice!

  • A customized budget plus a personalized planning timeline with progress tracking so you always know what’s paid, what’s due, and what’s next.

  • This is our favorite part! Whether you want something timeless and classic or something bespoke and out of the box, we will work with both of you to create a cohesive, elevated design vision with sustainable options.

    This always includes sourcing and procuring décor and rentals, designing signage, and fine-tuning all the little details that make a big impression.

  • Seating strategy, guest flow, and scaled layouts, including floor plan rendering to confidently plan your space and know what to expect.

  • In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we will finalize the timeline and meet with each of your vendors individually to ensure everyone knows their role and all their questions are answered.

    On the day of, you can expect to be protected in a bubble of joy and happiness. Our team handles all the details, management, and timeline, and all you have to do is enjoy every moment to the fullest!

Wedding Day Expectations

  • 12 hours of on-site event management

  • 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal on the day before or morning of your wedding

  • Planner + assistant present at your wedding

  • Set up and breakdown of personal decor and materials

  • Collaborative vendor management and guidance

  • Solution-oriented problem solving

  • Emergency kit, including

    • Sewing kit

    • Steam iron

    • First aid kit and various over-the-counter medications

    • Bobby pins, safety pins, floral pins, and likely some other pins

    • Tide wipes

    • Mints

    • Hairspray

    • Duct tape, command strips, and painters’ tape

    • Sunscreen and bug spray

    • Tampons

    • And much more!

  • Access to select decor and supplies to borrow, depending on availability

    • 2 wooden easels

    • Leather binder with page sleeves for the officiant

    • Utility wagon

    • Watering can and various floral supplies

    • Votives and flameless tea candles

    • Select vases

    • Reserved signs

    • Cake cutting knives

    • And much more!
