And on top of that, you’ve likely never planned an event for 100+ people before, all while managing a full life of your own.

The Sheeco team is ready to take the weight off your shoulders so you can stay present, soak in the love, and enjoy being engaged! We care most about you feeling excited and authentic throughout the entire process, not just on the wedding day.

We take the time to truly understand your values, then build a vendor team that reflects them. We’re proud to be a sustainable event company, and a big part of that is partnering with local businesses, especially those owned by marginalized communities, who share what matters to us.

Nicole, our lead planner, is equal parts organized and empathetic, and fiercely protective of your peace. She’ll care for your wedding like a loving big sister, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Pricing begins at $9,500.

  • We research and recommend the right-fit vendors (venue, catering, photo/video, entertainment, beauty, rentals + more), then help compare proposals, review contracts, and negotiate terms so you book with confidence.

    While budget is important, we also work hard to find vendors that share your values and fit your vibe perfectly.

  • A customized budget plus a personalized planning timeline with progress tracking so you always know what’s paid, what’s due, and what’s next.

  • Finding the right hotels , securing a holds at the best rate, and figuring out how to get everyone between events can be a daunting task. We will find the right hotels, in the right locations, and contract the perfect transportation solution for you and your guests.

  • Invitations and mailing guidance, RSVP tracking, guest list management, and a wedding website with all key details (schedule, travel, FAQs, registry + RSVP support).

  • We coordinate appointments and planning logistics for tastings, fittings, walkthroughs, and vendor meetings. You’ll never feel unsure of a deadline or payment due date. We keep everything organized, timely, and stress-free.

  • This is our favorite part! Whether you want something timeless and classic or something bespoke and out of the box, we will work with both of you to create a cohesive, elevated design vision with sustainable options.

    This always includes sourcing and procuring décor and rentals, designing signage, and fine-tuning all the little details that make a big impression.

  • Seating strategy, guest flow, and scaled layouts, including floor plan rendering to confidently plan your space and know what to expect.

  • In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we will finalize the timeline and meet with each of your vendors individually to ensure everyone knows their role and all their questions are answered.

    On the day of, you can expect to be protected in a bubble of joy and happiness. Our team handles all the details, management, and timeline, and all you have to do is enjoy every moment to the fullest!

Wedding Weekend Experience

It’s becoming more common to turn the wedding weekend into a full 3-day experience for your guests. If you want a creative expert to plan a full weekend of thoughtful and intentional celebrations, we’re ready, and excited, to get started!

For 3 full days, your guests will have an experience they will never forget. Here is a sample itinerary, but of course, it will be designed with you in mind!

  • Thursday & Friday: Welcome Packages placed in guest rooms

  • Friday:

    • 4pm - 6pm Open House Welcome Party for all guests

    • 6:30pm Ceremony Rehearsal

    • 7:30pm Rehearsal Dinner for VIP guests

  • Saturday:

    • Wedding day!

  • Sunday:

    • 10am - 12pm Thank you Brunch

    • 2pm - 4pm Pickleball Open-Invite

    • 6pm Farewell BBQ and S’mores on the Beach
