Thoughtful, Calm, and Inclusive Support — So You Can Be Fully Present
With 15+ years of event experience, we know that peace of mind on your wedding day starts long before it actually arrives. That’s why we begin working together about 4–6 weeks before your wedding date — just after RSVPs are in and the final pieces begin to settle.
This gives us time to build trust, get to know your vendors, refine your timeline, and tie up all the loose ends — so that by the time your big day arrives, you feel completely confident handing over the reins. We also help manage your ceremony rehearsal and make sure all of your personal details — from signage to décor — are handled with care.
And when the day finally comes? We’re there managing vendor arrivals, cueing transitions, solving problems quietly, and ensuring everything flows with calm and intention. You’ll look around and see the people you love. We’ll be quietly working behind the scenes to make sure that’s all you have to focus on.
