Month-of Planning

Starting at $1,950

Our Month-Of Planning service is for couples who’ve done most of the planning themselves but want a calm, experienced professional to step in during the final stretch and carry it through. This is often known as day-of coordinating, but we include a lot more than your average coordinator!

We step in during those last few weeks when everything starts to feel very real, and sometimes very stressful. During our first meeting, we invite you to physically hand all of that stress to us so we can sort it all out for you, ensure all your plans come together smoothly, and put together a timeline that allows the day to unfold exactly how you dreamed it would.

Finally, on the big day, we will be by your side advocating for you, celebrating with you, solving any hiccups before you even notice, and working with each of your vendors to help them provide the best possible experience for you and your guests.

Our coordination is inclusive, affirming, and centered on making sure your celebration feels like home — no matter your background, your traditions, or the shape your love takes.

Whether you're getting married in a historic venue in Seattle, a forest in the Cascades, or a cozy backyard in Tacoma, we’ll be there to make sure the day you’ve planned unfolds with ease, joy, and heart.

  • We want to say thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for doing such an amazing job at our wedding. You exceeded all the expectations and went above and beyond. All of our family and friends were saying how awesome you were. You kept everything flowing and so organized, you are soooo good at what you do.

Thoughtful, Calm, and Inclusive Support

With 15+ years of event experience, we know that peace of mind on your wedding day starts long before it actually arrives. That’s why we begin working together about 4–6 weeks before your wedding date — just after RSVPs are in and the final pieces begin to settle.

This gives us time to build trust, get to know your vendors, build your timeline, and tie up all the loose ends. Then, when the time your big day arrives, you feel completely confident that things are going to unfold perfectly while you enjoy being the star of the show.

And when the day finally comes? We’re there managing vendor arrivals, cueing transitions, solving problems quietly, and ensuring everything flows with calm and intention. You’ll look around and see the people you love. We’ll be quietly working behind the scenes to make sure that’s all you have to focus on.
